Unofficial builds for the Funphix Mega 4-Story set (860 pieces) plus the add-on slide. Every build is checked against the real parts list, down to the last connector.
One cube = 15.55″, the size of a panel. A long tube plus its connectors spans one cube, and a short tube spans exactly half of one. That half-cube is what gets the picnic table to 23″.
Tube colours are suggestions. Every tube is the same; use whatever colour you have left. The faded parts in each picture are what you already built.
Roofs copy Funphix's own manual: 45° diagonal connectors at the eaves, and an elbow at the peak (small roof) or a 3-way with a ridge tube (big roof). The 8 diagonals allow at most 2 roofs.
The ladder or ramp hinges on the 2 duplex clips, so each build gets one. The slide hooks over a deck edge 31″ up, which gives about a 31° slope. These two attachments are worked out from the parts, not from a Funphix diagram, so check the fit the first time.
Rails are 15½″: good to hold onto, but shorter than a playground guardrail. Standing decks stop at 31″. The one exception is the Sky Loft: its 46″ loft sits inside double rails, a 31″ guard. The whole structure is rated for 150 lb total, and the set is rated 5+ because of the small screws.
Lock it last. Funphix says to put the whole frame together first, then add screws from the bottom up. Every build ends with that step.
